Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for all Lumatrx products and services.

1. Covered Products and Services

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all products and services offered by Lumatrx LLC, including but not limited to:

  • MatrxPay (payment processing)
  • Auth & KYC (authentication and identity verification)
  • Finance (financial management tools)
  • Live Support (customer support tools)
  • AI Generator / AI Studio (AI-powered content generation)
  • Voice AI (AI voice solutions)
  • AI Prediction (predictive analytics)
  • Script Marketplace (pre-built scripts and templates)
  • Lead Generation (lead capture and management)
  • Ads & Social (advertising and social media tools)
  • Wallet (digital wallet services)
  • Business in a Box (bundled product packages)

2. SaaS Subscription Services

For monthly and annual subscription plans across all Lumatrx products:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
  • Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods.
  • No prorated refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
  • If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription and have not substantially used the service, you may request a full refund by contacting support.
  • Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a prorated basis within the first 30 days if you have not substantially used the service.

3. One-Time Purchases

For one-time purchases including Business in a Box packages, scripts, and templates from the Script Marketplace:

  • You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the product does not function as described.
  • Refund requests must include a description of the issue encountered.
  • Digital products that have been downloaded or deployed are eligible for refund only if they are materially defective or do not match the product description.
  • Custom configurations or modifications made after purchase are not eligible for refund.

4. Custom Development & Professional Services

For custom development, consulting, and professional services:

  • Services are billed on a milestone or hourly basis as agreed in the service contract.
  • Refunds are not available for completed milestones or delivered work that meets the agreed specifications.
  • If work has not yet commenced, you may cancel and receive a full refund of any prepaid amounts.
  • Partial refunds for in-progress work will be calculated based on work completed at the time of cancellation.

5. Free Trials

Some Lumatrx products offer free trial periods. During a free trial, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged at the applicable rate.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation:

  • Email us at billing@lumatrx.com with your account details and reason for the refund request.
  • Cancel directly through your account dashboard at any time.
  • Contact our support team via the contact page.

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing disputes promptly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
