Lumatrx LLC ("Lumatrx," "we," "us," or "our") is a house of brands providing a comprehensive suite of software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools and business solutions for SME businesses and solo founders. Our products and services include:

Services are provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Account Registration

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Lumatrx and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data but grant us a license to use it to provide and improve our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumatrx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the State of Delaware.
